Recent Council Meeting Highlights:
It’s official! The James Street Mall has officially been renamed the Michael J. Walsh Plaza. There will be a brief public ceremony on July 14th at 11am.
The De Pere Farmer’s market will now have a sustainability booth where you discuss and find information on at-home sustainable practices. The booth will also serve as a collection site for things like plastic bags.
A bike and pedestrian facilities study for planning in conjunction with the Southern Bridge Corridor was approved.
The Press Times is the 2021-22 De Pere official city newspaper for common council proceedings and legal notices. The official newspaper standing is a bidding process reviewed by the council annually.
